TRANSFER STUDENTS

Transitioning into Cornell

A lot of transfer students find themselves in a unique community. Depending on how your college is structured and which classes you need to take, you may find it more difficult to make new friends; your classmates are all younger than you, and you don’t have enough opportunities to meet fellow students who are in your year. You are not alone in this and it is perfectly normal to feel this way. Joining clubs or study groups can be helpful in meeting more people!
